Dr Ann Ooms is an advisor, a consultant, and Professor with extensive experience in Evaluation, Education, and Professional Development initiatives for a range of private organisations, professional organisations, charities and educational institutions. She has publications in peer-reviewed research journals and presents her research at national and international conferences.

Dr Ann Ooms holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, and has received prestigious awards. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
